Renters Rewards is a program designed for you to get bonus bucks back on rents paid to us. It was designed to reward those who maintain the premises and make sure rent is paid on time or before the due dates. One such reward is the annual company picnic where you will meet other renters just like you.  This is where you will learn how others have ended up owning there own home using the rewards program. And we serve steaks not hamburgers. Another is the Better Homes Yard Maintenance program. Last years prize was a month of free rent. Double Dollar Back Program:
You get a bonus buck applied to the lease end for each day your rent is paid early. If you deposit cash at our office you double that amount. For example: Pay your entire year off on the first contract day any rent is due, with cash, delivered to our office in Southfield, MI and you will get $730 bonus bucks to apply to the lease end. Or you may have entered our rent to own lease option program and want to use it toward a down payment on a buyout.

Appliances:
This program is for those who do not have appliances and want the new rental property to have a washer and dryer or stove and fridge.

Annual Picnic:
All tenants are invited to our annual picnic. You will meet people just like you. Mostly well to do business people who know what a bargain this company is. If the picnic is cancelled due to any reason usually you will be given a gift card just for being our loyal customer. Already you are getting a discount on the rent.

Better Homes Yard Maintenance:
This is a program that rewards you for properly maintaining the outside appearance of the property you are responsible for. I can not predict what we are giving away this year but last year it was a free month rent applied to the lease end. That is about 9% of your year in rent. What leasing company would do that for you????

Rent to Own Lease Option:
